At Brooke Winter Solicitors & Advisers we are professionals who will look after your interests, not ours. We are solicitor advocates, that is, we will speak with you, identify the solutions to your problems, develop an action plan with you, and represent you in court. We specialise in the following areas of law;

Family Law – Divorce applications, child custody applications, property settlements.
We can give you legal advice on matters ranging from traffic infringements, domestic violence, criminal charges, police investigations and licence applications. We will speak with you and help you thoroughly prepare for your matter, no matter how long this will take. We will be with you at any court appearance and represent you in court before the Magistrate or Judge.
How much is it going to cost you?
This is a question that you should ask from your lawyer up front. You can request to be charged at an hourly rate, or alternatively we are happy to provide you with a fixed fee to complete your matter (or various stages of your matter). We will give you an outline and estimate of your costs at your first consultation with us.
Does it matter where my matter is?
That is not a problem, we will travel to the court at which your matter is to be heard. We have extensive experience in metropolitan Sydney, regional and country New South Wales (including the North Coast of NSW), the Gold Coast, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and regional and country Queensland.
